Welcome to the Infantry Section of BWP's Land Division. First off, let me tell you something about BWP. The BWP, or Black Wolf Pack, is a virtual army that fights out battles in online games. This works in a very simple way; all soldiers of the BWP have been recruited (mainly) via ICQ, or at least have ICQ. So, if you're up for a fight, you just contact other members of the BWP, set a date and slug it out in a massive fight. If you want to visit the BWPs main page, click here.

TEAM GAMES PLAYED
If a member is present on a match that has been explicibly set on this page, it will be mentioned here. This is to be used only as information.
MEDALS
A word about medals. If you are very successfull in combat, or you have done anything else very important, you may be awarded a medal. In the Infantry, we have 3 different kinds of medals :
BAD POINTS
As some members seem to have the rather annoying tendency of not showing up on practices or clanmatches, i am now stating a rule that says that each time you are not present for an event that you should be with, and that has been explicibly stated here, you will be punished with 1 bad point. 3 bad points, and you are degraded. 5 bad points, and you will be court-marshalled. 10 bad points, and you are fired from the Troop Roster, and inhonourably discharged. So, be on meetings, unless you have a VERY good reason...
This is the structure of how the Infantry Section looks like from top to bottom :
Red : Senior Officers
Orange : Junior Officers
Green : Enlistees
Good choice! If you want to enlist for the Infantry then you can either contact CO Parsec at his ICQ, or you can fill in the
form on the BWP main page. Anyway, if you've enlisted yourself your application will be examined and you will be given a
starting rank (depending on your experience) and a place in the army. I'm sure you'll like it here. If you're enlisted for a while
and you've proven yourself worthy then you may ascend the ladder of ranks (if you pass the tests).
If you want a list of the ranks you can achieve in the BWP, go see here!
This is the Infantry's Messageboard. Important notes to all the members of the Infantry Section are displayed here. This is the reason why enlistees and officers should regularly visit this page! VERY important events will be sent to the members by ICQ...
Current news :
General News
01/01/99
- Practices will be held frequently, so be sure to check this page to know WHEN
- Good playing yields good rewards. So, in battle, be quick, be accurate, and most importantly, work like a TEAM
- I suggest all members make sure they get their hands on Quake full version, as we will be playing this most of the time We will be playing regular games (no add-ons) for a while, until we have decided what add-on we will be using
- Between the members of the BWP, time should always be displayed according to GMT standards (UK), so that all members from around the world have the same time when setting a date
- The BWP's Team Colors have not been set yet. I'd like to hear suggestions and such, and maybe one of you clever guys can create us a very own skin for Quake! Show me you can do something not everyone can!
- As some members seem to have problems with the time standards used by the BWP, here's an explanation once and for all. If you don't understand, READ THIS!
Double-click on the time on your Windows Desktop, in the bottom right corner. Then click on 'Time Zones' or something. In the list, compare YOUR time zone with the GMT time zone. The GMT Time zone is the one we use, so if you're timezone is GMT +01:00, then you have to add 1 hour to each time we set here with the BWP, ok? If you still don't understand, ask the CO.
Colonel MKM took some time to make a cool skin for our beloved Clan. If you'd like to take a look, download this file. Thanks a lot for your work, Colonel.12/01/99
The Infantry Division is in need of a logo and a slogan. As we're a member of the black wolf pack, some members came up with the idea to create a logo with a wolf or something. Anyway, every idea is a good one, so keep sending them in!
About the slogan, this should be short, fitting and easy understand, so think of a good one!
